Our Intentions

Currently supplying Bio Diesel to EN14214 standard in Europe and given constant growing demand for bio fuels worldwide, Bio Tech Energy aims to become the premier renewable energy Bio Diesel company in Pakistan.

Our Plan

The refinery is currently running at 85% production capacity and is able to process incoming feedstock of up to 99% FFA, as well as incoming feedstock of more than 600ppm sulfur. Bio Tech Energy takes pride in research and development for Bio Diesel production and feedstock sources. The R&D team, with more than 200 engineers have developed our technology to process extremely low-grade waste oils with high impurities into Bio Diesel.

Innovation

Our team at Bio Tech has pioneered the production of Bio Diesel from a new feedstock, called ‘Poultry Feather Acid Oil (PFAO)’, which is a waste animal oil based feedstock that is used to produce Bio Diesel in our production process. The new feedstock/fuel supply is registered under the UK Renewable Fuel and Transport Obligation and Bio Tech Energy is the only company in the world producing Bio Diesel from this feedstock.

Our Vision

Bio Tech Energy is located in the industrial area called Sheikhupura, in Pakistan and produces bio diesel to EN14214 standard for customers in Europe and sells Bio Diesel in the local market. Bio Tech is the leading Bio Diesel supplier in the region. We are the first and only large-scale Bio Diesel producer in Pakistan. Our suppliers are based locally and worldwide. We source our raw material locally and internationally on a worldwide basis.
